The head of the Department of Health and the healthcare supervisor have been replaced in the Bryansk region.

Tatyana Markina graduated from the Smolensk Medical Institute with a degree in pediatrics and has over 30 years of experience as an immunologist and allergist. She previously headed the regional office of Roszdravnadzor.
Sergey Galaganov, who headed the Bryansk Region Department of Health since August 2021, was appointed Acting Deputy Governor of the region for Healthcare on September 20, 2025. He graduated from the Smolensk State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine. He is now responsible for coordinating the work of the relevant department, as well as liaising with the Territorial Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, the Bureau of Medical and Social Expertise, Bryanskfarmatsiya, and Rospotrebnadzor.
These appointments are related to the end of the previous regional government's term. Former Deputy Governor of the Bryansk Region Andrei Bardukov, who left his post on September 19, 2025, has become Chief Physician of the Bryansk Regional Oncology Dispensary. He replaces Pavel Ordinsky, who headed the medical facility since September 19, 2023.
Bardukov held the position of acting deputy governor since April 2021.
