Federal trends in healthcare digitalization were discussed in Perm.

"Today, Perm ranks among the leaders in the digitalization index. In the Perm Krai, 90% of patients schedule doctor appointments remotely, and residents regularly use the Health services on the Gosuslugi website. Furthermore, telemedicine is rapidly developing in the Perm region: the number of residents receiving remote consultations with medical specialists, regardless of their place of residence, is growing every year," noted Dmitry Makhonin, Governor of the Perm Krai, in his welcoming speech.
Experts shared their experiences in data-driven management, information system implementation, and medical organizations' adaptation to digital change. They discussed the development of a unified digital framework in healthcare and the key benefits of digitalizing business processes. Forum participants also visited local clinics and hospitals, where they learned about the practical application of digital technologies.
"The forum stands out for its diverse lineup – from vendors creating cutting-edge IT solutions for healthcare to industry leaders. This diverse audience allows us to comprehensively analyze current challenges in healthcare digitalization and find effective solutions for the entire industry," commented Dmitry Zima, CEO of RT MIS.
The forum hosted an awards ceremony for the winners of the "ECP.Contest." This year, the competition consisted of six categories, with 78 participants winning prizes. The winners received certificates for publication of their articles in the journal "Quality Management in Medicine."
The event was organized by the government and the Ministry of Health of the Perm Krai jointly with RT MIS (a subsidiary of Rostelecom) with the support of the Russian Ministry of Health. Partners included Rostelecom Group, Red Soft, K-Sky, BSS, West Medica, RT Doctis (part of the Rostelecom Group), and DTCom.
Information support was provided by the journals "Quality Management in Medicine" and "Polyclinic," the GEOTAR-media publishing group, the Higher School of Healthcare Organization and Management, and the Medkniga service. The regional information partner was the Magma media holding (radio station "Radio Sputnik Perm," the online newspaper "VKurse.ru," and the regional newspaper "Zvezda").
