The former deputy governor of the Bryansk region has become the head physician of an oncology clinic.

Andrey Bardukov graduated from the Ryazan State Medical University named after Academician I.P. Pavlov with a degree in General Medicine. He worked as a surgeon in medical organizations in the Bryansk region for over 15 years. In 2018, Bardukov was awarded the "Excellent Healthcare Worker" badge.
Since October 2014, the specialist had already served as the chief physician of the oncology clinic, and in December 2015, he was appointed director of the Bryansk Region Department of Health. Bardukov assumed the position of acting deputy governor overseeing healthcare in late April 2021, and was dismissed on September 19, 2025, due to the expiration of his term.
In April 2025, personnel changes also occurred at the Ryazan Region's dispensaries: Tengiz Allahyarov assumed the position of acting chief physician of the regional Clinical Oncology Dispensary, replacing Alexey Grigoriev, who had headed the medical facility since November 1, 2022. Anastasia Filimonova, a position held by Alexander Danilov since December 2017, became head of the regional cardiology dispensary.
The Chelyabinsk Regional Oncology Center also has a new chief physician. Since January 2025, this position has been occupied by Andrey Lukin, who served as head of the thoracic oncology department at the medical facility for 23 years. Previously, the position was held by Dmitry Rostovtsev, who has been involved in a 2.6 million ruble fraud case since August 2024.
