ALAB and CDL finalize the largest transaction in Polish laboratory diagnostics
On 21.02.2025, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection issued a positive decision on the concentration of ALAB laboratoria Sp. z o.o. and Centrum Diagnostyki Laboratoryjnej Sp. z o.o., which enabled the finalization of the largest transaction in the history of the Polish laboratory diagnostics industry. Under the terms of the agreement, the value and terms of the transaction will not be disclosed publicly.

ALAB Laboratoria Sp. z o. o. is the most innovative and fastest growing network of medical analysis laboratories in Poland. Services in the field of laboratory diagnostics have become the main and strategic subject of the Company's business activity since 2001. The company offers over 3,500 diagnostic tests and cooperates with several thousand medical facilities throughout the country. It performs almost 90 million tests annually. After the concentration, ALAB and CDL will have an enlarged laboratory base and a network of almost 800 collection points present in all provinces.
Laboratory Diagnostics Center Sp. z o. o. is a nationwide network of medical laboratories established in 1998. It has a technological base in the form of 14 laboratories and a network of 40 collection points in the Łódź, Mazovian, Kuyavian-Pomeranian, Lublin and Wielkopolska provinces. It performs almost 20 million tests annually
