Scandalous resignation in Çam and Sakura: He performed 1502 surgeries in 3 years, but he couldn't stand it and quit

Doctors issued a statement to Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu expressing their disapproval following the changes in working hours. The Doctors' Union warned, "Surgeries involving human life cannot be performed in shifts. Doctors are not workers and cannot work shifts." It was stated that legal action would be taken to overturn the decision.
THIS IS A USURPATION OF RIGHTS
The statement read: “This practice not only violates the will of physicians but also directly threatens physician health and patient safety. It attempts to legitimize off-duty work and usurps the right to rest. This practice violates legal principles. The shift system, which violates scientific facts, physicians' rights, medical ethics, and patient rights, is unacceptable. Healthcare cannot be provided through exhausted and exhausted physicians. Without physicians, there is no healthcare system.”HE PERFORMED 1502 SURGERIES IN 3 YEARS, BUT HE COULDN'T STAND ANY MORE
Pediatric Surgery Specialist Dr. Mehmet Çakmak, who worked at Çam and Sakura City Hospital in Istanbul, has resigned. Çakmak shared on social media, "I performed 1,502 surgeries in three years. My colleagues and I encountered patients who are rarely seen in the world. We worked almost breathlessly. Although I didn't want it, the day of departure arrived. I had to leave the public hospital because the salary I received in the state wasn't enough to cover the expenses in Istanbul."
