Health Management: FGV event brings together secretaries and executives in Brasília
On October 30th, the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) will host the 2nd edition of the Health Management Conference at its headquarters in Brasília. The event will bring together prominent figures from the public and private sectors to discuss trends, challenges, and innovations in the field. The program will feature lectures by government secretaries, hospital executives, and representatives from the Ministry of Health, as well as mini-courses aimed at training new managers.

The program will consist of three main panels addressing the most relevant topics for the future of the sector. The first panel will outline an overview and trends in healthcare, featuring the Secretary of Health of the Federal District, Juracy Cavalcante Lacerda Jr. , and the CEO of the Santa Lúcia Group, Gustavo Fiuza .
The second panel will focus on Innovation, Science, and Technology, and will feature Paula Xavier dos Santos , director of the Department of Information and Informatics of the Unified Health System (SUS), and Daniel Beltrammi , vice president of the Brazilian Hospital Services Company (Ebserh). Finally, management training will be the topic of the third panel, led by FGV professors Adriana André and Laura Schiesari .
In addition to the lectures, the event will offer three practical mini-courses focusing on strategic areas:
- Data Intelligence in Health: taught by Professor Alessandra Miyazaki , Marketing Director at Marjan Farma.
- Balanced Scorecard in Healthcare: led by Professor Michel Conte , CEO at Novartis.
- Health Tech and Innovation in Health: with Professor Alessandra Siqueira , Teaching Coordinator at the National Cancer Institute (INCA).
