ZUMA was founded with the mission of integrating wellness, science, and community into a single space, founded by a multidisciplinary team led by Dr. Jenny Bracamontes. The opening was hosted by Dr. Jenny Bracamontes, founder, a board-certified plastic surgeon and promoter of a 360° approach to wellness , as well as co-founders Denisse Bearco and Israel Rangel.

Nearly 90 attendees enjoyed the event on Thursday, June 26, which included a reception, ribbon-cutting, and welcoming remarks , as well as a toast and networking session amid a relaxing atmosphere. Activities continued the following day with demonstrations of ZUMA technologies and services for a select group of guests. Guests enjoyed delicious fine cured meats, cheeses, baguettes, fresh salads, and a dessert table. Beverages included champagne , tea, coffee, flavored water, and mineral water.
