This Morning presenter Alison Hammond has shared the secrets behind her stunning weight transformation, revealing how she achieved remarkable results without following restrictive diets. Alison looked absolutely sensational as she posted a series of pictures on her social media platforms.

Showing off her glamorous transformation on Instagram, Alison has admitted her fresh appearance wasn't down to any trendy eating regime. She previously detailed how she started a healthier journey following a worrying pre-diabetic medical assessment. The star decided to collaborate with a fitness expert after receiving the diagnosis and revealed she started consuming all foods "in moderation," reports the Mirror.

Alison had earlier disclosed she tipped the scales at 28-stone during her peak weight. However, her incredible makeover materialised when she enlisted professional training support.

In conversation with Heat magazine, the broadcaster explained: "I've got a personal trainer - she's amazing, she trains me when I can train. If I'm working, I don't train, I'll go for a walk. But when I'm at home, I'll go and have a session with her in the morning, just an hour. It might be four days a week."

She also mentioned her decision to concentrate on "moderation" regarding nutrition, rather than eliminating foods completely. "I don't deny myself anything, I eat everything, but in moderation."

Alison previously explained: "I just try and live healthily and drink lots of water, and the weight loss will come. If I lose one or two stone, it’s not going to be obvious to anybody, but I’ll feel better in myself.”

According to the NHS, you can definitely lose weight by eating in moderation, rather than following strict diets. Slimmers are advised to "make conscious food choices and control portion sizes" every day.

Some of the NHS tips include focusing on a balanced diet, limiting high-fat and high-sugar foods, adding more fruit and veg, and eating the right portion size. "Try using smaller plates and bowls to help reduce your portion sizes at mealtimes."

Fans rushed to the comments section beneath the posts to praise her incredible transformation. "Wow did not even recognise you Alison you look fantastic," gushed one user.
