The Ministry of Economic Development has proposed establishing a schedule of professional visits for medical institutions under the moratorium on inspections

According to the draft document, for most areas, including medical activities, visits to significant risk facilities will be conducted once every four years, average risk – once every five years, moderate risk – once every seven years. For certain areas of control that often affect medical organizations, the deadlines have been reduced.

With regard to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, preventive visits to high-risk facilities, the draft states, will take place once every three years, average risk – once every five years, moderate risk – once every six years.

The frequency of visits is calculated from the moment the supervisory authority makes a decision to assign the facility the appropriate risk category. The calculation does not include visits conducted on other grounds stipulated by federal legislation.

At the end of 2024, the Government of the Russian Federation amended Resolution No. 336 “On the specifics of organizing and implementing state control (supervision), municipal control” dated March 10, 2022. Thus, the moratorium on scheduled inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs was extended until 2030.

At the same time, Law No. 540-FZ was adopted, which established updated rules for preventive visits.
