House-to-House Health: These are the services provided by the program

Health House by House is one of the Wellness Programs promoted by the Government of Mexico, which aims to improve access to health services for older adults, as well as people with disabilities.

As part of this initiative, health facilitators make periodic visits to beneficiaries' homes to ensure comprehensive health care and monitoring of those enrolled in the Wellbeing Programs.

It should be noted that beneficiaries will be served regardless of whether they are members of the IMSS, ISSSTE, or another social security system.

What are the benefits of House-to-House Health?

The visits will be carried out by approximately 20,000 nurses and doctors, who will be responsible for monitoring the patients' medical records and providing a health card that will record treatments and the visits themselves.

The staff will provide preventive and primary medical care, check vital signs, perform dressings and even some studies, in addition to prescribing medications. that have already been previously prescribed to people.

When required, health facilitators will assist in establishing links between primary care and higher levels of care.

Requirements to be a beneficiary of House-to-House Health

To receive support from the program, the following must be met:

• Be a beneficiary of the Pension for the Welfare of Older Adults or the Pension for the Welfare of Persons with Disabilities.• Present the original and a copy of a valid official identification.

• Present a copy of the CURP.
