Svenja Stadler, born in 1976 in Oldenburg, Lower Saxony, joined the SPD in 1994 and went from social work in her hometown and then in the municipality of Seevetal to the German Bundestag, where she sits in the upper house for the Harburg district. The trained advertising clerk and politician has been a member of the Bundestag since 2021 and was a member of the subcommittee "Parliamentary Advisory Committee on the COVID-19 Pandemic". In the Budget Committee, she was her parliamentary group's budgetary officer for the Federal Ministry of Health. She later became a member of the Health Committee. (cben)
