In a recent social media post, she revealed that she will soon undergo “life-changing gender-affirming surgery” and is preparing for a social media break to prioritize her healing journey.

“Whenever people have asked me lately how/what I’m feeling, my response has usually been ‘I feel all of it!’”

she wrote, capturing the whirlwind of emotions leading up to this milestone.

Amanda didn’t hold back in expressing pride in how far she’s come. She described the past two years as an “absolute sh*tstorm of emotions” navigating her Saturn Return, starting her medical transition, and competing on Drag Race all while facing personal challenges, including a breakup after coming out as trans.

“I’m proud of myself for weathering the storm. I’m proud of myself for making all of the phone calls and jumping through all the hoops necessary to get this surgery,”

she shared.
