Ferhat Akbaş's incredible comeback from Japan

Japan and the Netherlands met in the quarterfinals of the Women's World Volleyball Championship held in Bangkok, Thailand.

Japan, coached by Ferhat Akbaş, came from 2-0 down to beat the Netherlands 3-2 and advance to the semi-finals.

Japan will face the winner of the Türkiye-USA match in the semi-finals.
