Obernai. Blood Drive on May 23: Meal prepared by an Alsatian chef

The next blood drive in Obernai will take place on Friday, May 23, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the town hall.

As part of the agreements between the French Blood Establishment and the Federation of Chefs of Alsace, the Obernai committee of the voluntary blood donation association will welcome Freiberg chef Sacha Bender, who will prepare a special menu for the snack offered to donors.

They will be able to enjoy a pannacotta with Alsatian asparagus as a starter, portobello mushrooms stuffed with beef like a fleischkiechele accompanied by boulangère potatoes, and finish with a Black Forest-style tiramisu.
