Haut-Doubs. Health center under construction in Oye-et-Pallet: delivery expected in the first quarter of 2026

Work began in April on Rue de la Fin, but the first stone was symbolically laid this Wednesday, September 10. The multidisciplinary health center of Oye-et-Pallet is officially launched with delivery expected for the first quarter of 2026. This project , developed by the municipality's health professionals, was validated in December 2021 by the Haut-Doubs Lakes and Mountains Community Council. The inter-municipality had in fact decided to take charge of the real estate operation of the structure. "After consulting with potential financiers, we published the call for applications for the recruitment of the project management and we received no fewer than 17 offers," Jean-Marie Saillard, president of the CCLMHD, was keen to point out.

Archidium was ultimately awarded the contract. The firm carried out the necessary studies and conducted several interviews on the project's purpose before the start of construction on April 22. "We wanted a virtuous construction in terms of energy, certainly not labeled passive , but moving towards that. Our community is very committed to decarbonization and the development of renewable energies, and the repeated heat waves can only prove us right to take these directions." To move in this direction, approximately 900 m3 of bark beetle wood from surrounding municipalities should be used for this construction.

A building that will initially have more cells than healthcare professionals present, to eventually allow others to join the project later. Upon opening, patients will be able to find three doctors, two physiotherapists, a speech therapist, and a nurse. As a reminder, the total cost of the project amounts to €2,118,000. This was made possible thanks to various funders, starting with the Department, which contributed several hundred thousand euros. These costs were also limited thanks to the sale of the land by the municipality for a symbolic euro.
