Can you reasonably and legally drive after suffering a transient ischemic attack (TIA)? The regulations, which changed in March 2022, leave no doubt when the driver has suffered a stroke and stipulate that the driver "must not drive until their condition has stabilized and, to drive again, they must actually undergo a medical examination carried out by an approved doctor after an assessment by a multi-professional team."
