Atrial fibrillation: Dronedarone shows better safety record than sotalol
A meta-analysis compares the two antiarrhythmic drugs dronedarone and sotalol in patients with atrial fibrillation. Dronedarone was associated with fewer hospitalizations and ventricular arrhythmias.
