A CD38 antibody as an opportunity for immune thrombocytopenia
In a Chinese study, treatment with the anti-CD38 antibody CM313 led to a rapid increase in platelet count in patients with immune thrombocytopenia. It also reduced the bleeding rate compared to placebo.
